 Earned Point Calculation Methods

 

Life Insurance (excludes variable life)

  • 1 point for each $1 of paid target permanent premium

  • 1 point for each $1 of paid term premium (no minimum application size)

  • 1 point for each $40 of paid excess life premium

Annuities (excludes variable annuities)

  • 1 point for each $20 of paid indexed annuity premium

  • 1 point for each $60 of paid fixed annuity premium (including MYGA’s)

Long-Term Care and Linked-Benefit Insurance Both Life and Annuity

  • 1 point for each $2 of paid long-term care target premium

  • 1 point for each $20 of paid single-pay linked-benefit premium

  • 1 point for each $2 multi-pay linked-benefit life premium   

Disability insurance

  • 1 point for each $2 of paid target premium

 

Rules

 

Required for qualification: Minimum average target premium of $1,000 (excludes annuities and excess premium), five placed cases, and 300,000 Simplicity Allegis points (see Earned Point Calculation Methods).

Points for life insurance policies with enhanced cash value riders, waiver of surrender charges, single premium products, or levelized compensation can vary by product and do not qualify for 1 point for each $1 of paid target premium guidelines. 

Qualification Period: January 1–December 31, 2026. Only applications paid and placed through Simplicity Allegis between these dates qualify. 

Each qualifier is invited to attend, each with one guest and provided with coach class airfare. Additional guests can buy in based on availability and must be approved by Simplicity Allegis.

Cash or non-cash incentives of any type (e.g. trips, sales awards, or gifts) should never affect the determination of a suitable insurance company or product to present as possible options to a consumer seeking appropriate product alternatives. A complete unbiased carrier and product solution should be based on an understanding of each client’s facts and circumstances. Because of the value of the prize, there may be additional reporting responsibilities on the part of the qualifier.

Award and points are non-transferable and combined agency production of the pooling of sub-agent production does not qualify. 

A 1099 form will be issued to contest winners for the fair market value of the trip. Contest winners will be responsible for any associated tax liability.

Points for split cases are credited based on percentage split. Void where prohibited by federal or state law or regulation.

Invitation to this event is at the sole discretion of Simplicity Allegis. Simplicity Allegis has the exclusive right to modify and interpret the rules of this contest, or to terminate the contest at any time, without prior notice.

Producer must be in good standing with Simplicity Allegis (no outstanding debit balances) and all regulatory authorities. Producer may only qualify once. Not redeemable for cash or other remuneration.
